I too have a TC29D hydrostat 4WD that spins the wheels in 1st, and just a bit in 2nd. All I have done so far is about 20 hours of loader and box work and it's great. It just runs all day with no problems. It does what I need for it to do, and well.

I bought a New Holland TC29D and so far has over 30 hours on it. Only smokes a bit when started, but after that, no smoke.<br>As for New Holland customer service, it all depends on the dealer. I have bought some weights and a few attachments and have had no problems. They are even helpful when I call for stupid questions.<br>My general opinion is, the New Holland Boomers are good machines.<br>-Greg G. Gleinig

I ended up paying about 14,500.00 for the tractor. I was concerned about the less hp as well, actually about 3.4 to be exact.
